Marching Band Practice & Parent Meeting This Week!

THANK YOU PARENTS for volunteering at marching band camp this past week! It was great having the support of parents on the field, managing instructor lunches, picking up dinner and feeding the band, providing first aid, and making sure we had chilled towels on those hot days! ALL MARCHING BAND PARENTS MEETING TUESDAY 8/1 at 7:00 pm in the Band Room. Hear more about the marching season and how we all can help make it a great year! You can RSVP in the BAND app, although not required.

The Fundraising Committee needs your help with raising funds and finding meal sponsors for the season. We did a great job of securing sponsored meals for band camp, and now we need to secure meals for the marching season.

  • This Google sheet contains a list of potential financial and meal sponsors. Please add your name next to the potential sponsors you plan to solicit. Add new sponsors if you know of a business that would be a good sponsor (e.g., your family dentist, pediatrician, favorite local restaurant, etc.). We would like to get a variety of different businesses to sponsor the band, and we want to make sure only one family is asking each business for sponsorship.
